Late Arrival

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Arrival Time

We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow ample time to fill out a client profile necessary to tailor our services to your personal needs.

Cancellations / Rescheduling

Your treatment is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Inclement Weather

Our standard policy is that appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice incur a cancellation fee. During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If the area is under a winter weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.

Health Conditions

Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.

Check In

We ask that you please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, the length of service may be adjusted so as to not interrupt the scheduled appointments of other guests. Full price of scheduled services will apply, so please plan accordingly.

Personal Belongings

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. Alamance Esthetics is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

Return Policy

It is our mission to provide you with the highest-quality of skin care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home! In the event you purchase any of our products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Unfortunately we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Alamance Esthetics.

Series of Services

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any treatment series that are purchased. We will, however, exchange them for credit of equal value for other services.

Cell Phones

We kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to silent upon arrival and to remember to speak in your very soft spa voice once you enter. Please inform your esthetician should you need to make a phone call so that you may do so without disturbing other guests. Cell phone use may affect the length of your spa services.

Age Requirement / Children

Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent.
Your child is precious, however no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the facility without an appointment. Children under 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.
